Our Group
Meet 10:00 to 12:00, 1st Monday in the month.
Dovecote Room, Jubilee Institute.
The Discussion Group meets to enable members to discuss matters of general interest in an open and friendly manner.
Discussions are introduced by each member in turn following a rota. It will be the responsibility of the member to decide on the subject for discussion and spend only a short time (10 minutes max!) introducing the topic and offering some questions for discussion. NB. Lengthy preparation is not required. The meetings are chaired in turn via a rota . It will be helpful if the subject for discussion is notified at the previous meeting. If a member is unable to attend the meeting they are due to present they should seek to swap with another member. New members are most welcome to come along for 1 free taster session. Thereafter there will be a small charge to cover the cost of room hire, tea and coffee.
