The group

We're a group of people who knit and /or hand stitch. We meet monthly and swap information about exhibitions, courses, techniques and books and chat over coffee (or tea) and cake!

As we meet in the home of one of the group members each month, it gives us a chance to learn from each other and share our particular interests and textile books.

Not everyone has room for 8 or more stitchers! However, please don't let that stop you joining. Currently, we have several members with enough space who are happy to take turns hosting.

Meetings

We meet together on the first Wednesday of the month, from 2.00-4.00pm, in one of the group member’s homes. Once British Summertime finishes at the end of October, the group may decide to move the start time to 1.30. I'll let you know.
